Explanation of volunteering
It is a nonprofit organisation and school with its headquarters in the town of Lesif in the French Community of Belgium. Its goal is to support innovative teaching strategies that make use of children’s personalities and the natural world. Take part in a variety of art classes (e.g., painting, drawing, weaving, storytelling, singing, modelling clay), accompanying kids during breaks and assisting them with getting dressed and their shoes. After the initial phase of the project, participation in once-weekly outdoor classes, such as farm or forest visits, free time activities, or doing a personal activity with the kids, is required.
